Groups
We regret that single sex groups of more than four people or under
the age of 30 are not permitted. Only those individuals listed
on the booking form are permitted to stay in the villa. No pets
are allowed. Smokers are requested not to smoke inside the villa
but are welcome to do so on the open terraces. Please dispose
of cigarette ends accordingly. Lingering tobacco smell within
the villa may result in additional cleaning costs.
Bookings
All bookings must be made in writing. Bookings made by telephone
will be held for 48 hours until written confirmation is received
with deposit payment. The client signing the booking form will
be responsible for the rest of the party for making payments on
time and for paying for any damage or loss to the property.
Payment
On booking, a 30% deposit must be paid. The balance of the total
cost must be paid within 10 weeks of the occupation date. Once
the deposit has been made, should the balance not be received
10 weeks prior to the occupation date, we reserve the right to
cancel the booking and apply cancellation charges. For bookings
made within 10 weeks of the occupation date, the full fee is payable
at the time of booking. When the final payment is made a separate
cheque for £300 must be submitted. This cheque will only be cashed
in case of loss/damage to the property.
Cancellation
Charges Cancellation is only effective once notification has been
received in writing. If cancellation is made more than 10 weeks
before the occupation date, the deposit will be forfeited. Between
10 and 6 weeks before occupation, 80% of the total cost will be
forfeited. Less than 6 weeks before occupation, 100% of the total
cost will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to resell the accommodation once cancellation
has been received from you, which does not affect our right to
levy cancellation charges as per the schedule above.
We reserve the right to cancel the booking as a result of war,
riots, strikes, terrorism, natural disaster, fire, extreme weather
conditions or similar events beyond our control. In such cases
compensation will not be paid.
Insurance
You are advised strongly to take out insurance to cover cancellation
of this accommodation as well as cover for personal accident,
medical and emergency expenses, loss of baggage, money, missed
departure and personal liability.
Responsibility and Liability
All clients and members of their party must undertake to behave
in such a manner as in no way to cause damage, distress, danger,
noise or annoyance to neighbours, property and/or third parties.
The contract of any client in breach of this clause shall be terminated
immediately and we shall have no further contractual obligations.
All damages, breakages and loss of keys (which will necessitate
a change of locks), will be charged to the client and must be
paid for before vacating the premises.
We accept no responsibility for the action of clients and shall
not be held liable for any claim made against them.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of £300 is payable by separate cheque when
the final booking payment is made. It will only be cashed in case
of loss/damage to the property.
Check-in/check-out
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am
